1. What is this all About?This is a website in which I am attempting to make One Million Friends. I also hope to display those friends pictures, etc on various pages of the site. This is strictly a donation or gift situation and I am not selling anything. You can learn step by step what to do by going to the "How To Become A Friend" Page. 2. Why are you doing this?I am doing this for a number of reasons. The first reason, is to attempt to make one million friends. Being a reclusive person, I thought that if I was going to make friends and go outside the hermitibility, I mine as well go whole hog and make a million friends. In for a penny, in for a pound, sort of thing. The second reason is to raise funds in a creative and unusual way for my Project, Double to a Million Plan, which you can read about at my "Double To A Million Plan Blog". It is my arduous journey of finding a penny and doubling it until I have gotten to One Million dollars !! My "Double To A Million Plan" is based on the Free Report "Double Your Way To A £Million in 28 Steps". With this, "My One Million Friends" project, I hope to add any funds it makes to my Double to a Million Stake. The third reason I created "My One Million Friends", is because I am a slightly hungry, not quite starving artist and I like to create things and ideas. I have done alot of free art that I have spread around on different forums and places on the web. My art has been enjoyed by many, and my hope is that this project would enable others to show their appreciation and support by being a friend and sending a gift or donation. I am sure there are other reasons as well, but those three are the most prominent. 3. How does this work?The first thing to know is that you can send me a gift of any amount you wish. No amount will be rejected. The gift you are sending is just one friend helping another and it is not a sale. I am not selling you anything and you are not purchasing anything. It is a gift and gifts are free of any obligations on my part. You can read more about that in the Disclaimer. What I want to do, though I make no guarantees, is, I want to put your picture or logo or whatever you want, like your cat or dog or your left shoe (provided it is acceptable to me) on the "My One Million Friends" Website. If a person becomes a friend and sends a gift/donation of $10.00 or more I will (though I have the option of not doing so), put their picture on the Homepage under the heading "All MY Buddies". Each picture would go in the upper most left position according to the chronological order that a person becomes a friend. So, if Joe becomes a friend today by sending a gift of $12.50, he would go in that position. If the next day, Sue, sends a gift of $15.00 or even $11.00, she would replace Joe in that position and Joe would move one position to the right. The pictures descend from left to right and top to bottom. My friends pictures would remain on the Home Page until they descend to a level that I can no longer keep them on the main page, in other words too large to load quickly. At that time they would move to another page which can be accessed on the Home Page by clicking on:  If that friend wants to, he or she can send another gift and be placed back onto the Home Page again, as many times as they would like. 4. What about the section called "My Best Friends"?That is a special section for Friends that send the largest Gifts. If a friend sends a $25.00 gift and his gift is the highest amount of any of the other friends, his picture would be placed in the top left position. If some other friend then sends $50.00 his picture would replace the $25.00 friend and the $25.00 friend's picture would move one position to the right. Let's say all the pictures are filled in the "My Best Friends" section and the last Friend in the section has given a gift of $15.00 . Then, another Friend comes along and sends a Gift for $16.00. My $16.00 friend would take the place of my $15.00 friend and he would be removed from the Best Friends section. The Best Friend's picture will also appear in the "All My Buddies" section as well, in order for me to keep track of how many Friends I have. After about six months, maybe more, maybe less, Friends that are in the "My Best Friends" section, that haven't decended off that section, will be removed by me to give other friends a chance to be A Best Friend as well. 5. What about the section called "My Other Pals"?Lets say you are a Friend down on your luck, and you don't have at least $10.00 to send, you only have, say, $5.00 . Does this mean you can't be a friend? No, you can still be a Friend. You will go on to the page called "My Other Pals". I do not put pictures on the "My Other Pals" page but I will put your website or a URL (provided it is acceptable), along with your number as a friend and the amount you donated. The "My Other Pals" page works just like the Homepage does as far as the friends movements around the pages, etc. 6. What if I have no money to send at all?Well, just because you are broke doesn't mean you can't be a friend. You can go to the Blog "My One Million Friends" and leave a comment. Blogger allows you to leave a picture behind and your website address as well. You will be considered an Honorary Friend, however, you will not appear or be numbered on the "My One Million Friends" website. 7. What size picture should I send?Great question! The picture should be 48 pixels by 48 pixels and the format should be .JPG . If you go into the Help section it will show you how to get a picture that size using various sources. The fastest and easiest way to resize and format to a .JPG is to go to Pic Resize 2.0 and simply follow the instructions. You should have an image the correct size and format within a few minutes time, without even working up a sweat. 8. What kinds of Pictures and URLs do you find unacceptable?First off, I will be Judge, Jury and Executioner regarding this issue. Meaning, I can pick and choose what I feel I want on my Website. As a general rule, you can expect that pornography of any kind will not be allowed. I will not accept pictures that can be considered disgusting or demeaning, degrading, dirty or provocative. Pictures that display someone in a bad light or are in poor taste, will not be accepted. Parody is acceptable to a certain extent, use commom sense, don't go overboard. URLs that lead to websites that promote hatred, bigotry or intolerance of different races, creeds or religions will not be displayed. Websites related to illegal drugs or their promotion are considered unacceptable. There may be other areas I find distasteful or unacceptable, and I reserve the right to not put them up. You may or may not be contacted to inform you why your website was not included, although, I will try to if time permits. If you send a picture that I deem as unacceptable, I may replace it with another picture or not put it up at all. I may also send it back and request a different picture, if I have the time. If you send a URL, that is unacceptable, I will not put that URL on the website. 9. What if I sent the form, but forgot or couldn't send the money right away?That should not be a problem. You can send the money now, by going directly to the Payment Processor page. Just make sure you use the same email address as the one you submitted in the form or by email, so I can connect up the form and the payment. I want to make sure you get the credit for being a friend. 10. What about my email address that I give you?In this day and age, when spam is rampantly spreading, like the black plaque (fleas on rats), your concern about handing out your email address is warranted. I will not be distributing or selling your email address to anyone at anytime. I may, however, use it to send you information or a newsletter or something like that from time to time. I assure you, that only I will be doing that, and as your new friend, I sure as shootin ain't going to bombard you with alot of useless garbage that helps to clog up your email ! I will use discretion and common sense, it is the least a good friend can do. 11. When I put my cursor over the pictures I see info, whats that?That is the information about each of my friends. For example, in the image below you see: 
The (#0) is the chronological number of the friend. Although I should be (#1) and be my own best friend, I thought it would be a bit tacky. It is not that I am a Zero either. I guess you could say I am in a quantum state, neither "One" or "Zero". So, the first friend to send a gift ($10.00 minimum) will have their picture in that position. The second piece of information is "Xinfinitum", that is the name I go by on the internet. You can have a handle or your own name or your company name, etc. The last bit of data, ($0.00) is the amount of the gift sent to me. For which I am greatly appreciative.
I put all that data there, so I can easily keep track of all my friends. 12. Are you under any obligations if I send you a gift?Because you are sending me a no obligation gift and I am not selling you anything, I do not have to put your picture or URL up on the website or in fact do anything at all for you. You should not be "Expecting" anything of value in return for your gift. That is why it is called a "Gift". To understand the whys and where-fors of this perplexing gift issue Click Here. 13. What else is there to know?I put every picture, URL and piece of information on the site manually. This is not an automated website. I get to know each of my friends, one at a time. Because I do this all by hand, it could take time to get your picture up and in place. Remember, I have no obligation to put your picture up and do it just to be a friend. 14.
